We have been advised that the stair climber we have been using is no longer suitable due to the gradient of the stairs and while we are looking into other options Leicester Square Theatre has no wheelchair access. Should you have any access requirements or disability that requires any assistance please contact the Box Office directly to arrange your booking. This is subject to availability and we will accommodate where possible.
Guide Dogs and Hearing dogs are permitted in the auditorium, they can stay with you during the performance or a member of staff will be happy to care for your dog. Please mention this when booking.
The theatre has one main entrance on Leicester Place; the theatre is in the basement of the Notre Dame de France church on Leicester Place. To gain access to the main auditorium it is necessary to come down 14 steps into the main foyer. It is then a further 6 steps down to the auditorium itself, which is all on one level.
The bars are inside the auditorium and therefore only accessible once the doors have opened half an hour before the performance start time.
The Side Stalls are seats that are side onto the stage facing inwards and are numbered in numerical order.
The Lounge is a further level below and 16 stairs down from the main foyer.
The main auditorium seats 400 people; the Lounge seats 50.
