Paul Cabannes: Alma de Brasileiro

After travelling all over Brazil, comedian Paul Cabannes brings to London his show Alma de Brasileiro, a portrait in stand-up format that answers the question: what does it mean to be Brazilian in essence? 

Paul has lived in Brazil for ten years and shares with the public his unique vision of Brazilian culture. His jokes focus on the cultural and social behaviour of Brazilians from a foreign perspective. On social media, he shares insights into life in Brazil, always with a lot of humour. After all, how difficult is it to speak Portuguese and how strange can some local customs seem, such as the endless questions at the supermarket checkout, selfies, male waxing and, of course, daily baths!? 

With his unique style, the comedian stands out as one of the main comedians in Brazil. He even won second place in the iBest Award in the Digital Revelation in Humour category.
